The XY GTHO Phase III was a high performance car manufactured from May to November 1971. It was powered by a 351 Cleveland engine and had a top speed of 225kph, making it the fastest four door production car in the world in 1971.

Only 300 were ever built, making it one of the rarest cars ever produced by Ford Australia.
